| Reservations for group tours at the Salt Museum and on the Onondaga Lake Park trams are now available. Book online or call Onondaga Lake Park at (315) 453-6712. |
| To Reserve a Facility |
|
Lodge, reserved shelter, campground, youth camping can be made by phone or online.
Reservations for all shelters (except those at Onondaga Lake Park/Long Branch Park) may be made 11 months in advance. Onondaga Lake Park/Long Branch shelters may be reserved beginning December 1.
Arrowhead Lodge, Skyline Lodge and Camp Brockway may be reserved up to 2 years in advance.
Highland Forest Youth Camping Cabins/Tent Areas may be reserved up to 11 months in advance.
Oneida Shores Campgrounds are available to reserve by the season.
Reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.
Here's how it works:
To reserve by phone:
Arrowhead Lodge and Oneida campgrounds, call Oneida Shores at (315) 676-7366.
Skyline Lodge, call Highland Forest at (315) 683-5550.
For all other reserved sites and youth camping at Highland Forest, call the Reservation Office at (315) 451-6249.
Or you can check the online calendar for an open date and submit a reservation request online.
A Parks Reservation Agent will review your request on the next business day, and you will receive an email that approves or denies the request.
Once your date is confirmed, payment is due within 7 calendar days for shelters, lodges and Highland Youth camping, or your request/reservation will be cancelled. Oneida Campgrounds require a one day non-refundable payment within 72 hours, the balance is due at check-in. |

For credit card payments made online, Activenet charges a 6.5% fee, plus 50¢, with a minimum service charge of $2. If price is between $150 - $500, fee drops to 3.5% plus $5.00, and for prices over $500, the service fee is 2.5% plus $10. The charge will appear on your credit/debit card statement as a purchase from Active.com. This charge does not apply when paying over the phone, by mail or in person.
