Q: Am I a resident or non-resident? A: A resident lives in the city limits of Healdsburg, pays city taxes and receives/pays a City of Healdsburg electric bill. Non-residents live outside the city limits or in other jurisdictions. Back to Top Q: What can I reserve online? A: You can now register for recreation activities on line! Visit us at www.healdsburgparksandrec.org. At this time facility reservations must be made in person at the Healdsburg Community Center at Foss Creek School. A: You can call the Parks & Recreation department at 707-431-3301 to register (if you will be paying with a credit card) or come in to the Healdsburg Community Center at Foss Creek School, 1557 Healdsburg Ave. to register in person. Registration fees must be paid at time of registration. You can also register on line with a credit card! A: Refund Information 1) Refund requests must be made to the front office staff, and approved by the Recreation Program Supervisor. 2) Full refunds can be given if a request for refund is received prior to the first class meeting. Prorated refunds or refunds for remaining classes will be considered only in the case of a medical emergency or prior to the scheduled third class. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests. 3) Supply fees are not refundable. 4) If the City of Healdsburg or the instructor cancels a class for any reason, the instructor may choose to add a make-up class at the end of the scheduled class sessions. A refund for the make-up class may be available if a student is unable to attend the make-up class. 5) For refund policies regarding camps and aquatics please see specific program materials. 6) Refunds will be made for a Parks and Recreation class or activity by check or charge according to the original method of payment. All refunds will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Refunds for cash or check payments will be sent from the City of Healdsburg Finance department.
