WELCOME TO CAMPCO'S ON-LINE REGISTRATION!
CampCo is excited to provide the convenience of On-line Registration to our campers through our technology partner, Active.com. Through Active, our activities are now open for registration 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION
1. Active.com is an authorized contractor of CampCo.
2. ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNABLE PRIORITY REGISTRATION FEE that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com. Priority Registration Fees for On-line Registration are an ADDITIONAL 5% of the Activity Fees, with a minimum of $2.
Fax or mail-in Registrations are not subject to this Priority Registration Fee, but must be received no later than 3pm on the Business Day prior to camp/class. Faxed and mailed-in registrations will be processed in the order received (on a space-available basis). On-line Registration customers get priority over any faxed or mailed-in registrations that have not been processed yet.
3. You must have a valid Visa or Mastercard or American Express number and expiration date.
4. For all Camp locations, except Lake Forest Sun & Sail Club, SAMLARC, AVCA & Cox Sports Park-Ladera Ranch, it is required that you are a resident/member of that community (additional non-resident/non-member fees may be required for LFS&S, SAMLARC & AVCA). For Ladera Ranch & Talega, you must input your key card number (the key used for getting into the swimming pools and other facilities).
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% refund, less a $5 per session fee, will be given for participant cancellation of any CampCo day camp with a minimum of 7 calendar days notice prior to the first day of camp. A 100% credit, less a $5 per session fee, will be given for participant cancellation of any CampCo day camp with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the first day of camp. A 100% credit, less a $5 per session fee, will be given for cancellation with a doctors note anytime prior
to the first day of camp. Credits are valid for future CampCo programs and are valid for at least one year from the date of the cancelled camp. No refunds or credits for no shows
or after camp has begun for the week, or for a partial session of a multi-day camp. A 100% refund will be given for any camps cancelled by CampCo. There are minimum and maximum participants permitted in each camp; camps may be cancelled due to low
Registration and no more registrations will be accepted when maximum has been reached.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Children must be picked up on time. Parents are reminded that they will be charged $1 per minute, per child for children picked more than 10 minutes late. |

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS
All first time CampCo customers need to request an account in order to register. You will receive your password and online registration account confirmation via email immediately.
CURRENT CUSTOMERS
Use your Log-in Name (your e-mail address, for most of our customers) and your Password. If you have registered by fax or mail before, but, have not been issued or do not know your Customer ID and Password, call us at (949) 643-9008. |

TO REGISTER
1. First, you must "search" for the Activity that you want to register for. It is easiest if you narrow your search by location, age, dates, etc... If you would like to scroll through classes, keep in mind that there are many pages of classes; just use the forward arrow to move to the next page(s).
2. Once you find the first activity that you are interested in, click on the activity for more detailed information about the activity. To register, click "Add to my Cart". You must answer all Questions in order to complete your registration.
3. Then, either add more classes to your cart or go directly to the easy check out instructions.
