Answers to FAQs For Online Registration Customers

Q: How do I create a new account (including login and password)?
A: Please note this is only necessary if you have not previously created an account with AquaResource. You will be asked to create a login name and password automatically when establishing your new online account. If you do not enter a login name when setting up your new online account, one will be assigned to you. Once your new online account has been completed, you will receive an email immediately containing your login name and password. Make sure to write down your login name and password in a safe place, as you will need both of these items to register for online activities in the future.
Q: What happens if I forgot my password?
A: You will need to contact AquaResource Staff at (949) 364-5582 to have your password reset.
Q: If I am not a resident of Ladera Ranch, may I register online?
A: In order to register for an activity, you must be a LARMAC resident and be able to provide proof of residency by presenting your resident access card on the activity start date. In accordance with your association policy (no more than five guests per LARMAC household), LARMAC residents may allow guests to register for an activity, provided the guest is registered in the same activity as the LARMAC resident, and accompanied by the LARMAC resident at all times.
Q: How do I know which class to regster my child for?
A: The Preschool and Youth Lessons are described in the Class Descriptions link at the bottom of the Intro Page and on our website AquaResource.com. If you are still unsure what level to register your child in, we will be happy to test the participant prior to registration. Call the swim lesson office, at 364-5582, to request a test time.
Q: Can I view activity offerings without registering?
A: Yes, you can always browse through the activities without registering. You will need to click the "Register" button even though you only want to view the activities that are offered.
Q: How do I register online for an activity?
A: Registering for an activity is easy! We are assuming you have already setup an online account and have a login name and password, so do the following:

1) Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

2) Enter your login name and password.

3) Under "Other Services" click "Register for an Activity".

4) Find the activity you wish to register for and click it.

5) Click on the "Add to My Cart" button.

6) When done selecting activities, follow the screens for checkout. Please note you must have a valid MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card to pay for the activities.

7) Print your receipt for the online registration. Once your payment has been approved, your receipt will display. Please print a copy of your receipt for your records.
Q: Do I pay a convenience fee?
A: Yes, there is a small convenience fee typical of similiar Internet sales. This fee is a non-refundable PRIORITY CONVENIENCE REGISTRATION FEE of (6.50% + .50 cents, or 3.5% + $5.00, or 2.5% + $10.00 depending on the total amount.
Q: May I add family members to My Account?
A: You may add as many members into your account as necessary. To do so, please click the "My Account" button in the upper right corner of your screen, login if you have not already, and select "Change Information about Family Members/Friends".
Q: How can I view a schedule of my family's upcoming activities?
A: The "My Account" feature allows you to view a weekly schedule of your family's upcoming scheduled activities. Just login, click on the "My Account" button, and then click on "Family Schedule". A weekly schedule will display all of the activities your family has been enrolled in and allow you to click on the activity for more information, such as the facility location where the activity is being held.
Q: Can I view my transaction history and print out my past receipts online?
A: Yes, the "My Account" feature allows you to view a detailed list of your past transactions with AquaResource. Just login, click the "My Account" button, and select "Account Detail" to view the receipt and/or print it out for your records.
Q: If a class is cancelled, do I get the convenience fee refunded?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund convenience fees for classes that have been cancelled. If you cancel your registration for an activity more than three (3) business days prior to the activity start date, you will receive a full refund for the activity fees, less a ten (10%) cancellation fee, or you may request a full credit to your Active account. In the event you cancel your registration for an activity less than three (3) business days before the activity start date, you will forfeit your activity fee. Should AquaResource cancel an activity due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or full credit to your Active account. Note that partial and full refunds are less the non-refundable PRIORITY CONVENIENCE FEE. All cancellation requests must be made via email at: swim@aquaresource.com.
